MainLine Investment Advisers provides investment advice to private investment funds and separately managed accounts. The firm looks for investments that meet the stated objectives, strategy and investment guidelines of each client. MainLine Investment Advisers does not make the final investment decisions; these are made by the general partners or managers of the investment funds or by the clients themselves in separately managed accounts.
MainLine Investment Advisers charges annual advisory fees that generally range from 0.25% to 2.0% of an asset fee base. The asset fee base is equal to the client’s full committed capital for an initial period of years (usually 3 to 5). After this initial period, the asset fee base will generally decrease over time with asset sales, write-offs or capital commitment waivers. Separately managed account fees are negotiable and memorialized in the advisory agreement for each client.
