Fee Structure
ICM manages investments through two private funds, charging both asset-based management fees and performance-based fees. The annual management fee for the Intergeneration Global Fundamental Long Only Fund ranges from 0.99% to 0.65% depending on the size of the investment. The annual management fee for the Intergeneration International Long-Short Fund ranges from 1.50% to 1.15%, also depending on the investment size. ICM may also receive an annual performance fee equal to 20% of the net appreciation in the value of each investor’s shares in each fund in excess of a specified hurdle. Early redemption fees also apply.
