Dome Equities charges an annual investment advisory fee of 1.5% of the total capital contributions or commitments of the investors in each Fund, paid quarterly. This fee is non-refundable. Certain Funds are also subject to a structuring fee, usually 1% of the purchase price of the real estate asset.
