Fees are negotiable depending on individual client circumstances. Certain legacy clients may be billed based on a prior fee schedule. Brick Street Equity Management reserves the right to charge a flat fee which typically ranges between $100 and $25,000. In no event, however, will they charge a flat fee that would exceed the relevant percentage if they were to charge based on the above fee schedule for assets under management.
