Fee Structure
JAG Capital Management charges a maximum annual fee of 1.00% for equity and balanced accounts and 0.50% for fixed income accounts. The specific fee is determined on a client-by-client basis. A minimum annual fee of $5,000 per relationship applies. JAGCM may invest client assets in its own mutual fund, waiving its advisory fee on those assets but still receiving management fees from the fund.
