Audax Private Debt

Audax Management Company provides investment supervisory services to investment vehicles (Funds), a business development company (BDC), and other institutional clients in funds of one and separately managed accounts. Audax's services include investigating, identifying, and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring, negotiating, and making investments, managing and monitoring performance, and disposing of investments. Audax primarily makes long-term investments in debt instruments and, in limited circumstances, equity securities.
