Fee Structure
Axonic Capital manages investment funds and charges a management fee of up to 2.00% annually, based on the investor's capital account, capital commitment, invested amount, or the outstanding principal balance of the underlying debt instrument. The management fee is negotiable and may be waived or reduced for certain investors. Axonic may also receive an annual performance fee of up to 20.0% of the investor's annual net profits. Investors in certain funds may also pay withdrawal fees of 5% to 10% for certain capital withdrawals.
