Garrett Capital Private Equity LLC manages investment funds, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating investments, managing and monitoring investments, and achieving dispositions for such investments. Garrett does not manage assets directly for investors in the Managed Funds, but does have discretion to invest on behalf of investors through the Managed Funds. Investors within the Managed Funds include institutions, sophisticated investors, and accredited investors.
Fee Structure
Garrett Capital Private Equity receives an annual management fee of 1% of investor capital commitments, payable quarterly. They also receive a carried interest or performance fee equal to 20% of the increase in the Net Asset Value of the Managed Funds per Share in respect of each one-year performance period over and above a benchmark of eight percent (8%) and subject to a high water mark. Garrett and/or affiliates and consultants may provide various management and financial analysis services to companies in the Managed Funds’ portfolio and may receive compensation from these companies in connection with such services.
