Kore Advisors LP manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. Kore may invest in a variety of financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities, futures, and derivatives. Kore's investment strategy seeks capital appreciation with minimum volatility and preservation of capital. Kore may utilize considerable leverage in making investments.
Fee Structure
Kore Advisors LP charges an annual management fee based on the net asset value of your account and a performance allocation based on a percentage of the net capital appreciation. The management fee is 1.25% annually, accrued monthly and paid quarterly. The performance allocation is 15% annually, subject to a hurdle rate and high-water mark for certain funds. These fees do not include brokerage commissions, transaction fees, custodial fees, and other administrative costs.
