InterVest Capital Partners (ICP) advises privately offered closed-end investment vehicles that invest in private credit, structured finance, and real estate sectors. These vehicles generally comply with Shari'ah principles and are exclusively for non-U.S. investors. ICP does not offer discretionary investment advisory services to separate account investors.
Fee Structure
InterVest Capital Partners does not maintain a standard fee schedule for its advisory services. The firm generally charges each fund an annual management fee based on the amount of outstanding capital contributed or committed to the fund by investors, or on an adjusted net asset value of the fund. These fees are deducted from each fund’s account on a quarterly basis. The firm or its affiliates may also receive commitment, origination, acquisition, structuring, amendment, financing, monitoring and/or other fees related to or from certain investments in which one or more ICP Funds may invest or propose to invest.
