Fee Structure
Tenzing Global manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and earns fees through a management fee and an incentive allocation. The management fee ranges from 1.25% to 1.75% of an investor's capital balance, depending on liquidity terms. The incentive allocation ranges from 15% to 20% of the net appreciation in each investor's capital account, subject to a high-water mark. These fees may be negotiable.
