These clients include affiliated management companies, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, and certain co-investment vehicles. TPG primarily provides investment advisory services related to private equity, real estate, and publicly traded equity investments. The investors in the Funds are primarily "qualified purchasers."
Fee Structure
TPG Global Advisors does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The firm provides investment advisory services to affiliated management companies, pooled investment vehicles (funds), and certain co-investment vehicles. The TPG Management Companies generally charge asset-based investment advisory fees to the applicable Global Vehicle, which are indirectly borne by its investors.
