Nipun Capital manages investments for investment funds and separately managed accounts, primarily focusing on publicly traded equity and equity-related securities in Asian and emerging markets. Nipun has the authority to invest in various types of transactions. Investors in the funds do not select investments, Nipun does. Nipun's discretionary authority for separately managed accounts is limited.
Nipun Capital generally charges investment funds a management fee of 1%-2% annually of the value of the investments. This fee is paid monthly. Nipun may also receive a performance allocation equal to 10%-20% of net profits. Separately managed accounts are charged up to 2% annually of the value of the investments. Separately managed accounts may also be charged a performance fee of up to 40% of net profits.
