Ascension Investment Management (AIM) provides investment advice and consulting to institutional investors through a commingled investment vehicle and separate accounts. AIM offers services including full discretion over investment decisions, managing assets within client-established guidelines, and managing assets within client-selected asset classes. AIM also provides administration services such as monthly reports, accounting assistance, and investment manager liaison. AIM manages assets by selecting investments that conform to a Socially Responsible Investing policy that promotes Catholic values.
AIM typically negotiates an asset-based management fee. The minimum annual fee for fully discretionary accounts with an OCIO mandate is $50,000. The maximum fee charged to new clients may be 1% of assets under management (or $50,000, whichever is greater), although fees are negotiable, depending on account size, sophistication of the investment strategies and the amount of AIM’s professional time involved. This asset-based fee is in addition to the fees and expenses incurred by clients. AIM’s fees and minimums may be waived, in whole or in part, in certain circumstances.
