Iroquois Capital Management (ICM) and Iroquois Energy Advisors (IEA) provide investment management services to hedge funds. ICM advises on public and private investments, while IEA focuses on energy sector investments. Iroquois does not tailor its services to individual investor needs and does not accept investor-imposed investment restrictions.
Fee Structure
Iroquois Capital Management (ICM) charges an annual management fee of 2.0% of the hedge fund's net assets, deducted quarterly in advance. Iroquois Energy Advisors (IEA) charges an annual management fee of 1.5% of the hedge fund's net assets, also deducted quarterly in advance. Both ICM and IEA also receive a performance-based incentive fee of 20% of the increase in net asset value each year, subject to a loss carry forward provision.
