Ground Swell Capital manages investments for affiliated private pooled investment vehicles, aiming for high returns while minimizing risk. They use both automated and non-automated trading strategies in U.S., European, and Asia-Pacific equity and option markets. Ground Swell does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of the investors in any Fund.
Fee Structure
Ground Swell Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and charges a management fee calculated at an annual rate of 1.5% (0.125% per month) of the Capital Account balance of each Limited Partner. Ground Swell Capital is also eligible to receive a performance fee equal to 20% of the amount, determined as of the close of each Performance Period with respect to each Limited Partner’s Capital Account, by which (i) such Limited Partner’s Positive Performance Change for such Performance Period, if any, exceeds (ii) any positive balance in such Limited Partner’s Carryforward Account as of the most recent prior date as of which any adjustment has been made thereto. Clients are also responsible for various expenses associated with portfolio management, trading, research and ongoing monitoring of investments.
