Wynn-Crosby Management manages investments exclusively for its affiliated private investment funds, focusing on oil and natural gas properties. Wynn-Crosby makes decisions about where to invest, how to manage those investments, and when to sell them. Wynn-Crosby does not provide advisory services with respect to any other types of investments that may be deemed to be securities for purposes of the Advisers Act. Investors are not permitted to impose restrictions or limitations on the management of the Funds.
Fee Structure
Wynn-Crosby Management does not charge a set management fee. Instead, the firm and its affiliates receive reimbursement for general and administrative expenses, a portion of the net cash flow from producing oil and natural gas properties, and carried interest distributions from the Funds. The compensation is not negotiable.
