Fee Structure
Geosphere Capital Management manages investments for private investment funds and charges a management fee calculated as a percentage of the assets they manage. This fee is payable quarterly in advance. Each fund also makes a performance-based allocation at the end of each fiscal year, subject to a high-water mark. The management fee and incentive allocation are negotiable for certain investors.
