Global Frontier Investments (GFI) charges an annual fee of 1.25% of the value of the assets they manage for their hedge fund strategy. This fee is paid in quarterly installments. Some initial investors may receive reduced management fees. GFI also receives a performance allocation equal to 10% of net profits over an annual hurdle return. For GFI's SPV Funds, it receives a carried interest of 10% to 20% of all profits, subject to paying a preferred return to the limited partners. GFI receives an annual management fee of 0.13% of assets under management for its donor advised fund separate account client. GFI receives carried interest equal to a range of 5.0%-10.0% of all profits on the Separate Account that invests in small cap growth companies, subject to paying a preferred return to the Managing Partner, and earns no management fee.
