Khronos provides investment advice to private investment vehicles (Funds) primarily owned by the Managing Director, family members, affiliated entities, close associates, and their affiliates. Khronos manages these Funds in line with the investment strategies outlined in their offering documents. Khronos does not allow investors to impose limitations on investment activities. As of December 31, 2019, Khronos managed approximately $186,362,130.
Khronos manages investments for private investment funds. The fees and compensation Khronos receives are detailed in the advisory contracts with the Funds and their offering memorandums. Khronos receives a management fee deducted from the Funds, which is generally not negotiable. The Funds are also responsible for their operational expenses. Investors may indirectly incur additional fees and expenses due to the Funds' capital allocation to other investment managers.
