2.0% annual management fee, payable quarterly for HITE Hedge LP, HITE Hedge Offshore Ltd., and HITE Hedge II LP. Separate accounts are also charged 2.0% annually, payable monthly or quarterly. In addition, HITE charges a performance fee of 20% of profits annually for the funds and 20%-22% of profits annually for separate accounts. Fees may be waived or reduced for certain investors.
