Argosy Capital manages investment funds focused on private equity, credit, real estate, secondaries, and healthcare. These funds are offered to institutional investors and high net worth individuals. Argosy Capital's investment advice is limited to advising these funds. Argosy Capital does not currently tailor advisory services to the individual needs of a client, but may do so in the future.
Fee Structure
Argosy Capital manages investment funds and charges an annual management fee ranging from 0% to 2.25% of aggregate capital commitments during the investment period, and then of contributed capital, capital commitments, or cost, as applicable, until the fund is fully liquidated. Argosy may waive a portion or all of a fund investor’s management fee. Management fees are generally not negotiable other than in certain circumstances.
