Ram Realty Advisors sources, underwrites, manages, and disposes of real estate investments for pooled investment vehicles (funds). Ram targets major markets in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. Ram manages private equity real estate funds focused on acquiring, developing, redeveloping, and managing commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, as well as distressed debt and other investments.
Fee Structure
Ram Realty Advisors manages investments for private funds and charges an asset management fee, generally between 1.50% and 1.75% per year. During the investment period, this fee is calculated on the commitment of each non-affiliated limited partner and paid quarterly. After the investment period, the fee is calculated quarterly based on actively invested capital. Ram may also charge market rates for services provided to the underlying properties, such as leasing, construction management, and development.
