Fee Structure
Astaris manages investments for pooled investment funds and a separately managed account. The management fee for the Astaris Special Situations Funds is between 1.0% and 1.5% of the fund's net asset value, deducted monthly. The separately managed account is managed with the same strategy, but the fee is subject to a separate agreement. For the Astaris Capital Partners Funds, the management fee is between 1.0% and 1.5% of the net asset value, deducted quarterly. For the non-discretionary fund, the management fee is generally 1.5%, paid quarterly. Astaris also charges a performance fee.
