Fee Structure
Quantum Advisers manages investments for private funds. The annual management fee is typically 1-2% of committed capital during the investment period. After the investment period, the fee is applied to the amount of investor capital actually invested in portfolio investments that haven't been realized. Certain co-investment funds may not pay a management fee. Transaction fees may also be charged, but these reduce the management fees.
