Francisco Partners Management, L.P. (FP) advises pooled investment vehicles (Funds) that are exempt from registration. FP focuses on private equity investments in technology companies and technology-enabled credit opportunities. FP provides investment advice directly to the Funds, not to individual investors in those Funds.
