Fee Structure
Oceanic Investment Management Limited (OIML) manages investments for a hedge fund and other pooled investment vehicles. The annual management fee is up to 1.75% of the fund's assets, calculated and paid monthly. In addition, a performance fee of up to 20% is charged on a semi-annual basis, subject to a high water mark limitation. The management fee may be waived, reduced, or calculated differently for certain investors at OIML's discretion.
