Element Capital Management provides investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles (the Element Funds) intended for sophisticated and institutional investors. Element employs a multi-process investment approach that includes fundamental, systematic and relative value analysis. Element expresses its investment views using a broad range of securities, derivatives and other financial instruments primarily in the fixed income, foreign exchange, equity, credit and commodity markets.
Fee Structure
Element Capital Management provides investment advisory services to the Element Funds. The Element Funds pay Element a management fee equal to 2% per year of the net asset value of the fund's shares or interests. Element Capital Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Element, also receives an annual performance allocation ranging from 20% to 40% of the net capital appreciation of the assets of the Global Fund, subject to a high water mark provision.
