TXRE Advisers provides investment advice to affiliated investment funds that invest in real estate. TXRE does not act as a general partner or managing member. Certain affiliates provide investment management, administrative, and property management services. TXRE may provide services to additional affiliated funds, special purpose vehicles, or institutional clients in the future.
Fee Structure
TXRE Advisers provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles. TXRE or its affiliates generally receive management fees and incentive distributions from these clients. Affiliates may also receive property management fees, development fees, construction management fees, real estate and leasing fees, and general contractor fees. The specific fees vary from fund to fund.
