Fee Structure
Cello Capital manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The management fees for the funds range from 1% to 2% annually, based on the fund's assets. These fees are paid quarterly or monthly in advance. Management fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated and typically range from 1% to 2%. In addition to management fees, a performance fee, ranging from 10% to 25% of new net income, may be charged.
