Twin Bridge Capital Partners manages investments for private equity "funds of funds." These funds invest in underlying private equity funds and operating entities. Twin Bridge identifies investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages investments, and seeks dispositions. Twin Bridge also has a strategic partnership with Astorius Consult GmbH to provide advisory services to certain compartments of Astorius Capital Fonds S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF.
Fee Structure
Twin Bridge manages investments for private equity funds. Twin Bridge receives a management fee, generally up to 1.00% of the fund's aggregate investor capital commitments, paid quarterly. The rate may be negotiated for certain investors. After a certain number of years, the management fee may be reduced or eliminated. The management fee is generally not tied to the fund's current net asset value and will not be reduced in connection with any write-downs, except in the case of Impaired or Reduced Value Reduction.
