First Atlantic Capital provides investment supervisory services to investment vehicles that are exempt from registration. These investment vehicles, called Funds, primarily make long-term private equity and equity-related investments in middle-market companies, as well as investments in debt instruments. Investments are generally made in companies doing business in the plastics and packaging, industrial rental and manufacturing industries. First Atlantic's services include investigating, identifying, and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring, negotiating, and making investments on behalf of the Funds, managing and monitoring the performance of such investments, and disposing of such investments. Investment advice is provided directly to the Funds, not to individual investors.
