Fee Structure
Sylebra Capital Limited manages investments for private funds. The fees for these services are detailed in each fund's offering documents. These fees include management fees and other expenses related to the fund's investments and operations. Each sub-advisor will be paid a fee as agreed between the Manager and each Sub-Advisor. This fee is payable out of the Management Fee and will be paid directly by the Fund and/or the Master Fund to each Sub-Adviser. It does not represent an additional cost to the Fund and/or the Master Fund.
