NewSpring Capital is a group of related investment advisors providing investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds). These Funds are offered to qualified investors on a private placement basis. NewSpring Capital focuses on disciplined, analytical investing combined with operational expertise. The Funds operate under five investment strategies: Growth, Healthcare, Mezzanine, Holdings, and Franchise.
Fee Structure
NewSpring Capital manages pooled investment funds and charges a management fee. The management fee is generally 2.00% of each investor’s commitment during the Fund’s investment period. After the investment period, the fee is based on each investor’s pro rata share of the Fund’s invested capital. Some funds have different fee structures based on EBITDA or agreed-upon monthly fees. The general partner also receives a carried interest on the Fund's profits.
