Eminence Capital manages investments primarily using a fundamental long/short equity strategy. They manage various funds, including Classic, Long, Alpha Extension, and Opportunity Funds, as well as separate accounts. Eminence Capital provides investment advice directly to the Funds and the Long Accounts and not to individual investors in the Funds. Advisory services provided to the Long Accounts and DVF are tailored to each of the Long Accounts' and DVF’s needs and restrictions.
Fee Structure
Eminence Capital manages investments for private funds and separate accounts, not directly for individual investors. Fees are outlined in each fund's offering documents. Investors in the Funds bear their portion of the Management Fees and Performance Allocations or Fees paid by the Funds, as the case may be.
