Fee schedule is based on the year of the Investment Management Agreement. Year 1: 0.50%, Year 2: 0.75%, Years 3-7: 1.00%, Year 8: 0.90%, Year 9: 0.80%, Year 10+: 0.70%. Plus incentive fee of 5% of all distributions after the return of principal and investment management fees. At $100M+ AUM, a special reduced fee schedule may be devised.
