Kuramo Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles (Kuramo Funds). Management fees are charged to these funds based on the fund documents. These fees are paid quarterly in advance. The fees are based on funded capital contributions less cash balances, less capital called to fund cumulative management fees, less realized losses. The Kuramo Funds also pay management fees to the managers of the underlying funds they invest in.
