Waud Capital Partners (WCP) is a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies, primarily in the healthcare and software & technology sectors. WCP aims to acquire, improve, and grow companies through equity investments, partnering with experienced management teams. WCP provides investment advisory services to private funds, co-investment funds, and permits certain limited partners and third parties to co-invest directly into a portfolio company.
Fee Structure
Waud Capital Partners (WCP) manages private equity funds and co-investment funds. WCP Fund GPs receive a management fee and carried interest allocation. Management fees are paid by each WCP Fund to its respective WCP Fund GP on a semi-annual basis. The management fee is calculated based on a percentage per annum of the aggregate limited partner capital commitments. No management fee is payable by the WCP Employee/Affiliate Co-Invest Funds. The WCP Fund Co-Invest Funds’ management fees generally are equal to or lower than the management fee rate charged to the applicable WCP Fund.
