Fee Structure
HC Capital does not charge advisory clients additional fees to invest in its private investment vehicles. However, former clients of Hirtle Callaghan who remain invested in these vehicles may be required to pay a continuation fee. Private equity investors may pay a management fee and elect to pay incentive compensation. These fees are generally not negotiable.
