Bridger Management provides investment management services to private investment funds. Bridger does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor in the Funds. Bridger's investment decisions are subject to each Fund’s investment objectives and guidelines. Bridger also provides investment advisory services to a separately managed account.
Fee Structure
Bridger Management manages investments for private pooled investment vehicles. The fees charged to these funds include a quarterly management fee ranging from 1.5% to 2.0% per year of the fund's net asset value. Bridger also receives compensation from a separately managed account, which is individually negotiated. Some funds are also subject to incentive allocations based on performance.
