Fee Structure
Avista Capital Holdings manages private investment funds and receives a management fee. Limited partners also bear certain fund expenses. The management fee is calculated based on a percentage of the fund's aggregate commitments or investment contributions. The amount of management fees generally will not be reduced based on reductions in investment value, except where specified by the relevant Limited Partnership Agreements. Certain parties, including employees, affiliates, and related parties, may be exempt from all or a portion of the management fee.
