Fee Structure
10th Lane Partners manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. The management fees are payable quarterly in advance, based on either committed or invested capital and/or assets. The rate can be up to 2% per year. The funds may also be charged performance-based fees of up to 20% of net profits above a preferred return.
