Fee Structure
Presidio Investors manages investments for private funds and charges a management fee equal to 2.0% per year of the aggregate commitments of the interests of each fund held by investors, paid semi-annually in advance, commencing as of the initial draw down. After the fifth anniversary of the initial draw down date, the Management Fee payment shall step down to 2.0% per annum of invested capital and shall be adjusted as appropriate on a quarterly basis. Presidio Investors and/or a General Partner will also receive performance-based compensation of up to 20%.
