Fee Structure
Raptor Capital Management (RCM) manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. RCM charges management fees and performance-based compensation (carried interest) to these vehicles. Management fees for separate accounts are negotiated separately, generally expected to be 2% to 2.5% per year. Other future pooled investment vehicles are expected to incur management fees of 2% to 2.5% per year. Performance fees or allocations are expected to be 20% to 25% of the net capital appreciation.
