Prentice Capital Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
For the pooled investment vehicles, investors pay a management fee of 1.75% per year, calculated quarterly. The firm also receives an incentive allocation of 18.5% of net capital appreciation, subject to a high water mark.
Fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated individually with each client.
