MQS Management is an investment management firm that provides advisory services on a discretionary basis to privately offered pooled investment vehicles. These funds are intended for accredited investors and qualified purchasers. MQS aims to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns through a systematic, quantitative trading model, investing in global currencies, commodities, interest rates, derivatives, and equity securities. MQS may also allocate assets to other alternative asset managers.
Fee Structure
MQS Management manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and charges a quarterly management fee calculated at an annual rate of 2% of the investor's capital account or the net assets of the fund. The fee is paid quarterly in advance. Additionally, MQS receives a performance-based allocation of a percentage of net profits, subject to a loss carryforward provision. MQS may waive or modify these fees at its discretion.
