Fee Structure
Innovative Capital manages commercial loan portfolios for insurance companies and trusts.
For trust clients, Innovative Capital receives an annual advisory fee of 0.4% of the outstanding loan amount, paid monthly. Innovative Capital also receives a master servicing fee of 0.1% of the outstanding loan amount, paid monthly.
For insurance company clients, Innovative Capital receives a monthly fee of 0.04167% of the outstanding loan amount for each loan.
