Aetna Asset Advisors (AAA) provides investment advice, both with and without discretion, for investment-grade securities. AAA acts as a sub-advisor for pooled investment vehicles and provides non-discretionary advice for a single-investor fund. AAA also provides discretionary advice for a separate account of Aetna Life Insurance Company and certain proprietary accounts of its affiliates. AAA focuses on short-term, fixed-income securities.
Fee Structure
Aetna Asset Advisors (AAA) manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and a separate account. AAA's fees for the pooled investment vehicles are billed to and payable by UBS Realty Investors LLC or the fund itself. AAA does not charge any fees to the separate account; however, its affiliate receives a management fee from the account's participants. AAA's clients are all "qualified purchasers."
