Laramar Multi-Family Value Manager (Laramar MFV) and its related advisors provide investment advice for multi-family real estate and venture capital investments. Laramar MFV offers discretionary investment advisory services to multi-investor investment vehicles, including private funds. They also provide non-discretionary investment management services to co-investment vehicles. The firm does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors.
Fee Structure
Laramar MFV, Nine Four Ventures, Nine Four Ventures II, and Lakeside Capital Advisors LP are compensated for advisory services rendered to the Funds based on a percentage of assets under management (the “Management Fee”) and performance-based amounts in accordance with each Fund’s Governing Documents.
