Pinnacle Timberland Management (PTM, Inc.) manages private timberland real estate investments through its affiliates. PTM, Inc. provides investment advice to one affiliated real estate private equity fund, PFI Timberfund I, LP. The fund acquires and holds timberland and standing timber, which PTM, Inc. manages. The fund is closed to new investors. PTM, Inc. does not provide advice on other types of investments and does not tailor advisory services to individual investor needs.
Fee Structure
Pinnacle Timberland Management (PTM, Inc.) manages the PFI Fund and receives an investment management fee as described in the fund's governing documents. The fee is paid quarterly from the fund. The fund is also responsible for other expenses such as costs related to potential investments, organization costs, acquisition costs, auditing and legal services, administrative expenses, and taxes.
